Thank You
Ladies and gents,
Before the album comes out I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the people who helped to make this happen.
To my family and friends for your unrelenting support, inspiration, patience, and understanding. There is method to the madness, I swear (I think).
To Joey Kenny for seeing potential in a gig I played to an empty room in Dublin back in 2006, and helping me improve ever since. Also for his work mastering and playing on the album. To Michael Moloney for producing the album and adding his musical magic to it. It's been a pleasure working with you both. I look forward to much more.
To Lute al-Raad for adding her beautiful vocals to 5 of the album tracks and creating an atmosphere I couldn't have achieved alone. Thank you Lute.
To Linda Coogan Byrne for her wonderful artwork. It has really lifted the album for me. It's been a pleasure working with you Linda.
To Helen O'Donoghue from The Athenry Music School for helping me get the most from my vocals.
To everyone who has listened, commented, emailed, shared, and embraced the music in any way, shape, or form - thank you for believing in me.
Big hug. Onwards and upwards.

Irish Daily Star preview
Hi there,
I'm delighted to report that music journalist Shilpa Ganatra has penned a piece about my upcoming album in today's Irish Daily Star.
It's on page 31. I'm really chuffed and it's very encouraging for the release.
Thank you all again for your support.
I wish you and yours a restful and indulgent festive period.
Conor

Album release update
Hello there,
Firstly, thanks a million to everyone who has given feedback on the album previews. I am humbled. 'Drifters' seems to be the favourite thus far. I'm glad I picked it as the title track. It knits the album together.
We're still on course for a January release. I'm excited to get the full album out. It will be released as a digital download through this site, and Bandcamp. Individual tracks will also be available for download from Soundcloud.
If there is sufficient demand, I'll get some CDs done.
I'm working hard on writing the 2nd album, and plan to finish it in Spring.
Onwards and upwards.

Album artwork finished
Hi folks,
Album artwork is something I pained over. I was originally intent on finding the perfect photograph, but nothing seemed to fit. So I decided to take a different route.
Linda Coogan Byrne and I go back quite a few years to singer-songwriter nights in Dublin. I knew that her creative abilities were multifaceted, as she was making her own instruments as well as writing and performing. Lately I discovered, thanks to her Tumblr blog, that she is also an incredible artist.
I asked her if she would design my cover art and she said yes. It has been an absolute pleasure working with Linda. She is professional, imaginative, and so easy to work with.
Find her on Facebook: www.facebook.com/lindacooganbyrneart
I forgot to mention, she also runs Good Seed PR, working with among others The Prodigy, Underworld, Duran Duran, and The Saw Doctors. Busy busy lady. :)
Thank you Linda.
